RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

 

Online purchase may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

 

To be eligible for a return:

*Must Contact The Bisanar Company at 828-322-5090 or email info@bisanar.com to get a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number.  Your return will NOT be accepted without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number.

*The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

*The item must be in the original packaging.

*Only regular priced merchandise may be returned, unfortunately sale items or item that have been altered or worn (this includes sizing, adding chain length, engraving etc.), may not be returned.

*All returns must be accompanied by a Sales Slip.

*We must have contact information either a phone number or email address.

 

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

* Gift cards

* Special Orders

* Merchandise that has been (this includes sizing, adding chain length, engraving etc.) may not be returned.

* Merchandise that has been worn, adjusted or damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be returned.

* Any item returned more than (30) thirty days after delivery

* Shipping Charges

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, copy of sales slip.

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

PARTIAL REFUND

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

* Merchandise that has been worn or altered

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

REFUNDS

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, we will notify you when the return has been processed and the refund applied.  NOTE: IF RETURN IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE THE REFUND WILL BE DENIED.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

 

If you received notification that the refund has been credited to your account and you haven’t received the refund, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at bisanar1896@gmail.com.

 

SALE ITEMS

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

EXCHANGES

 

We are unable to exchange since majority of our pieces are one of a kind pieces. 

 

GIFTS

 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will be notified of your return.

 

SHIPPING

 

To return your product, please mail your product to: The Bisanar Company PO Box 3505, 226 Union Square, Hickory, NC, 28601, United States.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we repair the piece and send it back to you the shipping cost will be your responsibility.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach you, may vary, so make sure you we receive the return no later than 30 days from date of purchase.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for any packages lost during shipping.
