SIZING

Many styles may be resized.  The Bisanar Company offers complementary sizing of one (1) full size either smaller or larger, however, once the ring is sized it is non-returnable.  If piece needs to be sized more than one full size there will be a charge. Please allow additional delivery time if ring is being sized by The Bisanar Company.  Please contact The Bisanar Company at info@bisanar.com or 828-322-5090 for pricing or questions about sizing.  If sizing is not recommended or can not be done on a piece there will be a note in the description.

Due to lighting and screen resolution merchandise may appear lighter or darker than actual piece.

Please allow 1-2 days for processing and shipping. Please allow additional delivery time if ring is being sized by The Bisanar Company.

 

The Bisanar Company ships, USPS Registered Mail 3-7 day delivery,  USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail Express, USPS Priority Mail International and USPS Priority Mail Express International.

 

The Bisanar Company offers FREE USPS Registered Mail 3-7 day delivery on all orders over $50.00.  If you request another form of delivery there will be a charge for shipping.

 

RETURNS

 

Online purchase may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

 

To be eligible for a return:

*Must Contact The Bisanar Company at 828-322-5090 or email info@bisanar.com to get a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number.  Your return will NOT be accepted without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number.

*The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

*The item must be in the original packaging.

*Only regular priced merchandise may be returned, unfortunately sale items or item that have been altered or worn (this includes sizing, adding chain length, engraving etc.), may not be returned.

*All returns must be accompanied by a Sales Slip.

*We must have contact information either a phone number or email address.
